Graphel's machining service's Wire EDM capability includes both 2 and 4-axis cutting and can handle part heights up to 10-3/4" tall. We have wire cut various materials including tool steels, aluminum, titanium, aircraft alloys, carbide, and even graphite. Typical types of parts we have produced include copper tungsten seal slot electrodes; gear teeth, keyways, sheet metal & small part manufacturing. Several examples are shown below:
