Milled Graphite Parts

Our high-speed milling capabilities allow us to efficiently produce a wide variety of milled electrodes & other graphite products. Although we specialize in electrode manufacturing for the Aircraft/Power Generation Industry, we have produced electrodes for many other applications as well. Markets in the graphite fixturing and applications arena have driven Graphel Corporation into developing manufacturing techniques to support these industries also. These markets include but aren't limited to the glass-to-metal bonding Industries and the semi-conductor market. Glass Industry furnace applications where graphite is used to handle or form the parts are also common products that we machine. We are a master distributor for Poco's mechanical grades of graphite and we also offer other graphite grades that work well under certain applications. A few samples of graphite fixtures are below:
