  Graphel's engineering staff has developed many turnkey solutions covering a variety of EDM applications.  With our computer aided modeling techniques, we can design and develop full-service EDM solutions including electrodes and tooling.  We can try out the tool in our shop or yours.

  With a “black belt” as our quality manager, we can provide a wide range of packaged services for process/part verification and validation.

  With our new lines from Sony and Metronics, we can offer you turnkey solutions for your in-process and final inspection needs -- featuring digital gauging technology and “smart” readouts.  We can also design and implement automated solutions for

in-process inspection at the machine.  And, our staff now includes a full-time resource to help resolve issues connecting your inspection gages to your main computer system.

   Our many years of experience machining graphite for our customers have taught us a thing or two about graphite dust management.  And, our in-house EDM processes have helped us understand first hand the issues of fume collection.
